Order Processing Times

All orders placed on Monday through Friday are processed within 24 hours.

Orders are shipped within 12-24 hours after payment is received and successfully cleared.

Orders placed after 12PM ET on Friday (or on a Holiday) will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Our shipping carriers do not process orders on the weekends. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be processed on Monday.

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the contiguous United States. All orders must be placed by 12PM ET to be processed on the same business day.

Order Cancellation

You may have a small window of 1-2 hours to cancel your order after it is placed. Please call or email our Customer Service agents if you wish to cancel.

Due to our fast shipping policy, your order may have already been processed.

If your order has been processed, you may not be able to cancel the order. In this case, you can return your products for a full refund within 30 days from the ship date (less shipping charges).
